The role will involve overseeing Stage Management students working creatively on those shows and will support the student feedback process. Outside of this you will be responsible for maintenance of equipment and also for offering support to the in-house venues team and to the wider RBC technical team. You will also manage a budget and create supplier and industry contacts

This position is suitable for an industry professional or someone with HE experiences who can engage, inspire, and build an effective rapport with students. The successful candidate will be a motivational and experienced individual that is expected to bring abundant energy and enthusiasm to the production activities of the school as well as to have strong organisational, administrative and IT skills.
